SCOTT SUTHERLAND is a Vice President of Equity Research with Wedbush
Morgan Securities' Technology Research Group, and currently focuses on
communications and transaction processing software and services. In
communications, his research focuses on companies providing software for
voice, video, and data communications with areas of focus on messaging,
wireless data, and voice over IP research focuses on companies that
provide billing software and services to telecommunications and
financial services companies, as well as other transaction processing
solutions. Prior to joining Wedbush Morgan Securities, Mr. Sutherland
worked at George D. Bjurman and Associates, an investment management
firm, where he assumed the key roles of Senior Research Analyst and IT
Director. Mr. Sutherland also held positions at John Hancock Financial
Services and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Sutherland brings over 14 years of
experience to the finance industry, as well as two years of hands-on
technology experience. Recently, Mr. Sutherland was recognized as the
Third Best Stock Picker in North America among over 3,200 analysts in
2003 according to StarMine and highlighted in Forbes and Buyside
magazines. In addition, Mr. Sutherland has been active in the media,
including CNBC, CNN, Barron's, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and
Investor's Business Daily. Mr. Sutherland holds a bachelor's degree in
economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a
