Paul de Sa is aVice President and Senior Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. da Sa worked at the FCC, serving as Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis and working on a wide variety of issues before the commission such as broadband and spectrum policy. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Co. Dr. de Sa holds a doctorate in theoretical physics from Oxford University, was a Kennedy Scholar at MIT and a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard.
