WILLIAM BECKMAN, Chief Executive Officer of Clarion Technologies,
Inc., has experience in the plastics injection molding industry
spanning more than 30 years, with more than 20 of those years in
the financial realm. During 22 years at Prince/JCI, Mr. Beckman
worked as a Financial Analyst and Systems Developer, as Corporate
Controller and as Vice President of Finance. He refined his
skills in the centralization of corporate functions from finance
and purchasing to human resources and product development. He set
strategic direction to ensure profitability, strong cash flow and
return on investments, and was a key to Prince Corporation's
success as one of the most profitable companies in the auto
industry. In 1999, Mr. Beckman refocused his vision and applied
his business expertise to a new venture, as the leader of a
brand-new plastics injection molding company, Clarion
Technologies. Since then, Mr. Beckman has skillfully guided this
new company. His skill in cultivating business partnerships has
shone brightly through multiple acquisitions, including four
operating locations and corporate offices located in Grand
