WALTER M. HOFF is President and Chief Executive Officer of NDCHealth. He
joined NDCHealth in August 1998. Prior to joining NDC, he was an
Executive Vice President of First Data Corporation, with responsibility
for First Data Card Services Group. Mr. Hoff served as Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Vice President of American Express Information
Services Corporation, the predecessor company to First Data Corporation.
He was also at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Hoff is a member of the Health Insights Foundation. Additionally, he
serves on the Board of Directors of TechRx Corporation; Board of
Directors of Metris Companies, Inc.; Board of Trustees of Father
Flanagan's Boys' Home; and the Board of Directors for the Catholic
Foundation of North Georgia. He has served as a member of MasterCard
International Board of Directors; the Board of Banc One Payment
Services; the Board of Directors of FirsTier Bank; and the Boards of New
Jersey Institute of Technology and the Donnellan School. Mr. Hoff has
also served as a resource for the media and conferences in discussions
