VINCENT A. WILLYARD is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for
Duncan-Hurst Capital Management. He is the Portfolio Manager of the
International Growth Equity and International Small-Cap Growth Equity
strategies, which includes the Duncan-Hurst International Growth Fund.
Mr. Willyard has over nine years of investment experience, including
over six years as an international equity portfolio manager and two
years as a quantitative and performance analyst at Duncan-Hurst. Prior
to joining the firm, Mr. Willyard was affiliated with Fidelity
Investment Advisors Group. His education includes a BA degree in
Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, overseas
studies at the Hokkaido University in Japan, and an MBA degree, magna
cum laude, from Northeastern University. Mr. Willyard has earned the
