VICTOR KOLOSHUK is Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of Integrated Asset Management Corp. Mr. Koloshuk has been
registered with the CFTC as an associated person since June 2003. He is
a co-founder of Koloshuk Farrugia Corp. Mr. Koloshuk initiated and led
some of Canada's largest acquisitions and restructurings. He is a former
Vice President and Director of ScotiaMcLeod, specializing in corporate
finance, mergers, acquisitions and merchant banking. He has five years
experience as a security analyst with Wood Gundy. Mr. Koloshuk has a BSc
