VICTOR J. YOSHA, President and Chief Executive Officer of V2K International,
Inc., has been involved with many business startups over the last 25 years. He
has had tremendous success founding, managing and growing companies. From 1970
to 1987, he was co-Founder/President of American Office Equipment Company (AOE)
in Denver, Colorado. AOE, a startup company that sold and serviced office
equipment, began with two people, and grew until it had 300 employees and
revenues in excess of $25 million. AOE was the largest distributor of Minolta
Copier products in the world. The company expanded into several states, was sold
to a Fortune 200 company, and is known today as Minolta Business Systems. From
1988 to 1994, he was co-Founder/President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Seattle Office Systems, Inc. (SOS). The company also sold and serviced office
equipment. The company was a startup, with two principals, and grew to 80
employees with revenues in excess of $6 million. SOS was sold to a NASDAQ
company and is known today as Danka, Inc. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Yosha was a
consultant/investor and subsequent CEO of Pictures and Prices, Inc., a software
development company engaged in the development and distribution of a proprietary
software technology for the window fashion industry. Since1996, he has been co-
