JUSTIN CABLE joined B. Riley & Co. in February 2000. Prior to joining
the firm, he worked for Provident Investment Counsel for one year. From
1998 to 1999, Mr. Cable owned and managed two small businesses in retail
and services. From 1996 to 1998, he worked for Hillcrest Homes, a non-
profit organization, as a software trainer and consultant. Mr. Cable
earned a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of La
