William E. Dodge, CEO and CIO of Fox Asset Management LLC, is the Chairman of the firm's investment committee. Prior to joining Fox, he founded and operated Nine Gates Capital (Delaware) from 2003 to 2005. From 1999 to 2002 he was President and Chief Equity Investment Officer of Delaware Investment Advisers, Inc. From 1996 to 1998 he served as President, Director of Marketing and Senior Portfolio Manager of Marvin & Palmer Associates, Inc., in Wilmington, Del. From 1991 to 1996 he served as Chairman of the investment policy committee, Chief Investment Strategist, Co-Chairman of the stock selection committee and Assistant Director of Research for Dean Witter in New York City. From 1983 to 1991 he was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with the E.I. DuPont de Nemours pension fund. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Trust Investment Officer with the National Bank of Washington in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dodge co-authored The High Performance CFO (Irwin Publishing, 1995), which has been widely quoted in the financial press, and he has appeared on CNBC, CNN's Lou Dobbs Moneyline, Wall $treet Week with Louis Rukeyser and CNN's Crossfire. Mr. Dodge served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to1971. He earned a BBA in marketing and an MBA in business and finance from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Dodge was named the Isenberg School of Management's "Alumnus of the Year" in 1995, and he served on the investment committee of the university endowment fund.
