Daniel Kunz founded U.S. Geothermal in 2001 and is the company's CEO. Mr. Kunz
was previously COO of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. and led the company into Mongolia,
where in 2001 his team discovered Oyu Tolgoi, one of the largest copper-gold
deposits in the world. He was also CEO of MK Gold Company and was at the helm
for the company's IPO. Prior to that, he was an executive for 17 years with
Morrison Knudsen Corp., now called URS Corp. Mr. Kunz holds a MBA and a Bachelor
