TOM EVSLIN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITXC Corp. He has
more than 35 years' experience in computer communications, networking,
connectivity, and corporate management. Before founding ITXC in August
1997, Mr. Evslin led the development and operation of AT&T's WorldNet
Internet Service; managed the BackOffice connectivity products for
Microsoft Corporation; and founded and ran a communications software
