Marty Connor is the CFO and Treasurer of Toll Brothers, Inc. He spent more than 20 years at Ernst & Young, where he served large public real estate and insurance clients as an Audit and Advisory Business Services Partner. He was responsible for the real estate practice for Ernst & Young in the Philadelphia marketplace. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Connor served as the Audit Partner in charge of Toll Brothers for seven years until 2005. During that time he became very familiar with Toll's operations, accounting, management and board. Mr. Connor assisted the company with debt and equity raises, SEC filings, evaluation of complex accounting matters, and due diligence and structuring of acquisitions and investments. After leaving Ernst & Young, Mr. Connor served as the CFO and Director of Operations for a $4 billion diversified commercial real estate developer in the mid-Atlantic area from 2006 to 2008.
