TOD JOHNSON is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter Media
Metrix Inc. Previously, Mr. Johnson held the same position at Media
Metrix, where he oversaw Media Metrix' growth from a start-up division
of The NPD Group, to the global leader in Internet and Digital Media
measurement. Mr. Johnson also serves as Chairman and CEO of The NPD
Group, a top-10 market research firm with international reach. Mr.
Johnson is a widely recognized expert on brand loyalty, a subject on
which he has regularly published since 1982. He has served as Chairman
of the Advertising Research Foundation (1990), and was the founding
Chairman of the Council for Marketing, and Opinion Research (1992 to
1994). Mr. Johnson earned both a Masters of Science and Bachelor of
Science, both in industrial administration, at Carnegie-Mellon
University where he is currently a Trustee and Chairman of the Capital
