TIMOTHY M. MCGINN is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of Integrated Alarm Services Group, Inc. He has been engaged in the
financing and management of security alarm companies since 1992. Mr.
McGinn has been the non-executive Chairman of the Board of McGinn, Smith
& Co., Inc., since January 2003 and served as Chairman of the Board and
as an executive officer of McGinn, Smith from 1980 to 2002. He also
serves as non-executive Vice Chairman of Pointe Financial Corp., a
publicly traded commercial bank holding company and non-executive
Chairman of its affiliate, Pointe Bank. Mr. McGinn has served as the
Vice Chairman of the New York Racing Association since 1998 and as a
Trustee of that organization since 1995. He is a past Director of St.
Mary's Hospital in Troy, New York. Mr. McGinn graduated from the
Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York, in 1971 with a
BS in Mechanical Engineering. Profile
TWST: Could you give us a brief overview of Integrated Alarm Services?Mr. McGinn: Our company traces its beginnings to 1985, when a firm by
the name of King Central was founded in New Jersey.
