TIMOTHY H. FOSTER, founder and President of Arcadia Asset Management,
joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. as a Principal and Portfolio
Manager with the title of Executive Vice President. He is a member of
the Investment Committee and also serves on the Board of Directors. Mr.
Foster founded Arcadia Asset Management in 1986, building assets under
management in excess of $25 million. He has acted as an investment
advisor to a major Hartford law firm with significant trust business, a
capacity in which he continues to serve at Bradley, Foster & Sargent,
Inc. Prior to founding Arcadia, Mr. Foster served as a portfolio manager
of institutional equity accounts for CIGNA Investment Management Company
from 1982-1986, and as a senior research analyst for Connecticut General
Investment Management Company from 1981-1982. He is a graduate of
Dartmouth College and holds a Masters in Business Administration from
Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth, which he
received in 1981. Mr. Foster currently serves on the Board of Trustees
of the Renbrook School and the Finance Committee of the Hillstead
