TIMO LAITINEN, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of eQ Online and President of eQ Securities Ltd. Timo Laitinen is the Chief Operating Officer and CFO of eQ Online Corporation and President of eQ Securities. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Laitinen was the President of the Helsinki Exchanges Group Ltd and a member of the Board of
Directors of Helsinki Exchanges, the Finnish Central Securities Depositary, HEX Securities Services Limited and HEX Securities Technology. Since the merger of Derivatives Exchange, Helsinki Exchange and Finnish Central Securities Depositary he has held positions as Director, Deputy Managing Director and member of Executive Board of Helsinki Exchanges. Prior to this Mr. Laitinen has been Deputy Managing Director of Derivatives Exchange and until 1987 he worked for Hewlett-Packard Company.
