THOMAS EDMUND LARKIN joined T-NETIX, Inc. in 1999 as the Executive Vice
President of Sales. He was appointed President in March 2000 by the
Board of Directors. On November 16, 2000 T-NETIX's Board of Directors
promoted Mr. Larkin CEO of the company. Mr. Larkin has 18 years of
telecommunications experience in wireless, satellite, Internet and
Interconnect. He was one of the first employees of Cellular San
Francisco. Mr. Larkin also worked for McCaw Cellular Communications,
formerly AT&T Wireless. In addition to a strong management background,
he is highly skilled in strategic thinking and organization and business
development. His ability to define goals and develop business plans
makes Mr. Larkin an outstanding leader in the telecommunications

TWST: Could we start out with a history and a quick overview of thecompany?
Mr. Larkin: T-Netix has been in business for about 11 years. Our primary
business was providing pay-phone platforms
