Frank Schiraldi is an Associate Director in the Research Department of Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., where he focuses on community and regional banks and thrifts. He joined the firm in May of 2004. Prior to joining Sandler O'Neill, Mr. Schiraldi worked with Morgan Stanley in their New York offices.
