Thomas McCrohan joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in October 2004 as a Senior Analyst covering the trust and custody banks. In 2006, he added the payments industry to his coverage universe. He was recently recognized by The Wall Street Journal for stock picking in their annual “Best on the Street" list for 2013. Prior to joining Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Mr. McCrohan’s sellside experience included Senior Analyst roles at Fulcrum Global Partners and Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, Inc., working out of their New York offices. His background includes roles in investor relations, management consulting and corporate lending. At The Bank of New York, he was Vice President, Investor Relations, working closely with senior management on developing the bank’s investor relations strategy, and he successfully completed the bank’s management development program in 1995.
