MICHAEL Y. WANG is a Vice President at John S. Herold, Inc. where he is

upstream details. Previously, Mr. Wang was associated with Merrill
Lynch and Price Waterhouse. He was also associated with a boutique
investment banking firm in Stamford as a Managing Director where he
traveled extensively to the Asia Pacific Rim to identify and investigate
direct investment opportunities in the emerging markets. Licensed under
Series 7, Mr. Wang received his Bachelor's degree from Beloit College

LYSLE R. BRINKER is a Senior Vice President at John S. Herold, Inc.,
where he is an analyst in international oil economics and accounting.
He is responsible for coverage of many of the domestic and international
integrated companies and overseas independent E&Ps. In recent years,
Mr. Brinker has devoted extensive time to the design of Herold's Online
Petroleum Company Financial and Operations Database. He received his
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of
Mines. Mr. Brinker is a member of the National Association of Petroleum
