TERRY M. ASHWILL has been Executive Vice President, Corporate Services
and Chief Financial Officer of Wireless Facilities, Inc., since 2000. He
works with the Founder and Chairman of this global wireless services
company, and co-architected the major strategic initiatives leading to a
quadrupling of the company's market capitalization value. Prior to
joining Wireless Facilities Mr. Ashwill was Chief Administrative Officer
and Chief Financial Officer of Perot Systems Corporation from 1996-2000;
Chief Financial Officer of True North Communications, Inc., from
1991-1996; Chief Financial Officer of Carlson Companies, Inc., from
1988-1991; Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Ryder
System, Inc. from 1974-1988; Vice President Finance, Ryder Distribution
Systems Division from 1979-1981; Director Corporate Strategic Planning,
Ryder System, Inc. from 1977-1979; Director Financial Planning, Vehicle
Leasing and Services Division, Ryder System, Inc. from 1975-1977;
Manager, Corporate Planning, Ryder System, Inc. from 1974-1975; Senior
