Jeff C. O'Hara, CPA, is President and CEO of Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. He joined the company in 2005, and he was appointed President and COO in 2007. In his 25 year career Mr. O'Hara has held senior management and board positions in both public and private companies, including a $500-million privately held company in Chicago, General Motors Company and a venture capital-backed startup. Mr. O'Hara has broad experience in the financial, marketing and operational areas, and he has previously held both CFO and President positions. Mr. O'Hara has served on the board of three different companies, and he has held a number of board committee positions, including Audit Committee Chairman.
