BRETT MANDERFELD is a Vice President of U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray and a
Senior Research Analyst in the technology group. His focus is on
technology and business services. This universe includes high growth
human capital, business information, and IT service companies that
leverage technology, intellectual capital, and sophisticated processes
to provide knowledge-based services to client organizations. Mr.
Manderfeld joined the Equity Research department of U.S. Bancorp Piper
Jaffray in 1994 and partnered in the creation and development of a
leading national research effort in health care services. Prior to
joining the Research department, he was an Analyst in the Investment
Banking department for two years. Mr. Manderfeld graduated Magna Cum
Laude with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis in Financial
Management and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. He is a
