TODD S. LOWENSTEIN is a Vice President and Funds Manager of HighMark
Capital Management, co-managing the highly successful Value Momentum
strategy since 2001. He has gained more than 13 years of investment
management, investment banking and accounting experience with companies
that include JP Morgan, in mergers and acquisitions and KPMG Peat
Marwick, as a senior manager in the information, communications and
entertainment group. He earned an MBA in Finance from The Anderson
School at UCLA and earned a BA in Economics from the University of
California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Lowenstein is a Certified Public
Accountant and an NASD Series 7 Registered Representative. Mr.
Lowenstein is also a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial
Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research. Profile
J. KEITH STRIBLING is a Director and Funds Manager of HighMark Capital
Management, co-managing the highly successful Value Momentum strategy
since 1995. He has gained more than 15 years of investment experience
with companies that include First Boston, Shatkin Trading and Dean
Witter Reynolds, Inc. He earned his BA in Finance from Stetson
University, DeLand Florida. Mr. Stribling is a member of the Los Angeles
Society of Financial Analysts and earned the right to use the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation from the Association for Investment

TWST: Would you begin with a brief overview of HighMark CapitalManagement and an update since our interview a year ago?
Mr. Stribling: Not much has changed at HighMark in terms of assets
