THOMAS J. DIBELLA joined Turner Investment Partners, Inc., in 2002. He
previously served as a Portfolio Manager with Aeltus Investment
Management, a subsidiary of ING Group in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr.
DiBella served as a manager of the Aeltus Small Cap Select Equity
Strategy portfolio from its inception in 1994 to February 2002. He also
managed the Aetna Small Company Fund. A Certified Public Accountant and
a Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. DiBella earned Bachelor and MBA
degrees at the University of Connecticut. Profile
KENNETH W. GAINEY joined Turner Investment Partners, Inc., in 2002 as a
Senior Portfolio Manager/Security Analyst-Principal. He holds product
responsibilities for the Small Cap Equity Fund and the Small Cap Value
Opportunity Fund. Mr. Gainey previously served as an Assistant Portfolio
Manager at Aeltus Investment Management, where he was a member of the
Portfolio-Management Team for the Aeltus Small Cap Select Equity
portfolio and the Aetna Small Company Fund. Mr. Gainey was also an
Equity Analyst for Kanne, Paris and Hoban. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and earned a Bachelor's degree at the University of
