TASSO H. COIN, JR., is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for
Peregrine Capital Management. He joined the firm as a founding member of
the Small Cap Value team. Mr. Coin shares the responsibility of stock
research and selection, portfolio management and client communication
with his team. He is an officer of the company and a member of
Peregrine's Management Policy Group. Before coming to the firm, Mr. Coin
was a Research Officer with Thomas White Asset Management where he was
responsible for investment research and management of the Small Cap
Value portfolio. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley as a
Research Assistant. Mr. Coin earned a BBA from Loyola University and is
a member of the Association for Investment and Research. He is a

DOUGLAS G. PUGH is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the
Small Cap Value style at Peregrine Capital Management. He shares the
responsibility of stock research and selection, portfolio management,
and client communication with his team. Mr. Pugh is an officer of the
company and a member of Peregrine's Management Policy Group. He was
previously Portfolio Manager and Investment Officer for Advantus Capital
Management, where he was responsible for the Small Cap Value style. His
previous experience also includes employment with Kemper Corporation as
a Financial Analyst. Mr. Pugh earned an MBA degree from the Carlson
School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BSBA degree
from Drake University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of
the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts and the Association for
