STEVEN G. ROLLS is Executive Vice President of Global Customer
Management and Employee Care businesses of Convergys Corporation. He has
responsibility for the company's Employee Care Group, which provides
comprehensive human resource function outsourcing services and systems
support for global corporate and government employees. Mr. Rolls reports
to James F. Orr, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Convergys, and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to his current
position, he spent 17 years with B.F. Goodrich, where he served as the
company's Vice President and Controller, as Chief Financial Officer of
its Canadian and Aerospace businesses and as the assistant treasurer. In
addition to his experience with B.F. Goodrich, he has held marketing
positions at Alberto-Culver, one of the country's leading manufacturers
and marketers of personal care and household products and has held sales
positions at Wilson Sporting Goods. In addition to his responsibilities
with Convergys, Mr. Rolls is also a member of the Miami University
Business Advisory Council, and he serves on the Board of Directors for
Bethesda, Inc., Bethesda Foundation, Inc., and Beech Acres. He also
served as a major group leader for United Way's 2001 Greater Cincinnati
area campaign. Mr. Rolls holds a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration from Miami University and a Master's degree in Business
