STEVEN M. WILSON has been the Chief Investment Officer of Reich & Tang's
Capital Management Group since 1998. Mr. Wilson joined Reich & Tang,
Inc. in 1986 from the Home Insurance Company's Investment Department. He
is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Wilson has a BS from the
University of Pennsylvania (1981) and an MBA from New York University
(1985). In 2000, he was voted the top individual analyst in Reuter's
Research Survey for the mid/small cap universe. Profile
