Steve Vogel – Chordiant Software Inc (chrd)

STEVE VOGEL is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chordiant Software. As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Vogel is responsible for streamlining Chordiant's financial and accounting activities and ensuring the development of relevant business information. Mr. Vogel brings to Chordiant more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with a proven track record of working with publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies. He augments Chordiant's management team and provides a competitive knowledge of the software industry as well as experience with all aspects of financial management and public company reporting. Mr. Vogel joins Chordiant from Tessera, Inc., where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for preparing the company for an initial public offering. Before Tessera, he held executive management positions at iLogistix, Microbank Software, Transform Logic Corp., Guardian Industries, Ryder System, Corning and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Vogel holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an LL.M. in corporate law from the New York University School of Law, a J.D., Cum Laude, from the Arizona State University School of Law, and a BA and MBA from Lehigh University. An Attorney at law, Mr. Vogel was admitted to the State Bars of New York, New Jersey and Arizona, and holds both CPA and CMA designations. Profile
DON MORRISON is Executive Vice President of Products and Marketing. He is responsible for the company's marketing strategy, product planning and global alliances, leading Chordiant's mergers and acquisitions and new business development efforts. With 19 years of experience in software, networking and computer systems, Mr. Morrison has a background in marketing and sales management, product planning, and industry partnerships with companies such as Network Peripherals Inc. a high-speed networking switch company; SMI, an applications software company, and division of AC Nielsen; and channel management and marketing positions with the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO).
