STANLEY A. MILNER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chieftain
International, Inc. which is active in oil and gas exploration in the US
Gulf of Mexico and internationally. Mr. Milner is a Director and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alberta Energy Company Ltd.,
Director Emeritus of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Board Chair
Emeritus, University of Alberta, and Director of Chieftain
International, Inc. Mr. Milner is a past Director of Canadian Pacific
Limited and a past President of the Petroleum Association of Canada. He
was inducted in 1997 into the Canadian Petroleum Hall of Fame. He is a
member of the World Presidents Organization, World Business Council, and
the Independent Petroleum Association of America, The National Ocean
Industries Association, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and
Canadian Society for Engineering Management. In addition to the above,
he has served on the Boards of several US companies including Delhi
International Oil Corporation, Supron Energy Corporation and Southern
