AMY DOMINI is Managing Principal of Domini Social Investments LLC, the
management company of Domini Social Equity Fund, of which she is
President. This fund is the oldest and largest no-load mutual fund for
social investors. Ms. Domini is also a Founder of Kinder, Lydenberg,
Domini & Co., Inc., specialists in corporate accountability research and
creators of the Domini 400 Social Index, the benchmark for socially
responsible investment portfolios. Long considered a leading authority
on the topic of socially responsible investing (SRI), she has co-
authored several books, including Ethical Investing (Addison-Wesley,
1984); The Challenges of Wealth (Dow Jones Irwin, 1988); The Social
Investment Almanac Henry Holt & Co., 1992); and Investing for Good
(Harper Collins, 1993). Ms. Domini has been a Private Trustee/Portfolio
Manager at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge in Boston. She is a Chartered
Financial Analyst and presently serves on the Church Pension Fund Board
