Scott M. Rich, Principal, President and Chief Investment Officer of MindShare Capital Management, LLC, cofounded the firm in January 2000 and has 21 years of investment experience. He is responsible for managing the firm’s small-cap growth product. Before joining Mindshare, Mr. Rich served as Director of Equity Research at Wunderlich Securities, Inc.; Director of Equity Research at Kenny Securities, Inc.; and Associate Director, Investment Banking/Research Analyst with Pauli & Company, Inc.
