ERIC J. GREEN, CFA, is Senior Portfolio Manager/Director of
Research/Principal at PENN Capital Management. He began his career at
the firm in 1997. Mr. Green has gained experience with a number of well-
known entities, such as the Federal National Mortgage Association, the
Royal Bank of Scotland and the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission, where he served as a financial analyst in the Division of
Investment Management. As portfolio manager, Mr. Green is directly
responsible for buy/sell decisions, portfolio construction and
monitoring existing credit positions in the non-core and equity
portfolios. Mr. Green received a BSBA, cum laude, from American
University and received an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Profile
