SHANKAR IYER is President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Silverline Technologies, Ltd. He has over 10 years of experience in
sales, human resource development and general management. Among the
various positions he has held at Silverline are: Operations Manager in
the Export Division in India, Operations Manager (US) for Human
Resources, Sales and Marketing, Vice President (West Coast) of
Silverline Technologies. He became the Chief Operating Officer in 1996
and Chief Executive Officer in 1999. He manages the day-to-day
operations of the company including the finance, administration, human
resources and sales functions. From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Iyer worked in
general management for Voltas Ltd. (India). Mr. Iyer holds a Masters
