SETH M. GLICKENHAUS is a Senior Partner with Glickenhaus & Co., an
investment advisor broker/dealership. The firm, established in 1961, is
a Member of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Glickenhaus is a member of
the New York Society of Security Analysts as well as a Board Member of
The Glickenhaus Foundation, The Renaissance Project of Westchester, New
York, The Museum of Arts & Design in New York City and The Rockefeller
University Council in New York, New York. He graduated cum laude from
Harvard in 1934 with a BA in Economics. In 1938, he received his LLB at
