PAUL F. RODENO is President and Ceo of Security Business Bank, which is backed by a strong board of directors and management team. Mr. Rodeno has more than 20 years of experience in business and retail/private banking at all levels, and he has served in a variety of senior management positions during the last 15 years. Mr. Rodeno first had the idea of creating a business bank specifically for San Diego's small to midsized businesses in August 2001. He felt a void had been created by the numerous big bank mergers of recent years and saw an opportunity to provide the local decision-making and personalized service that many of San Diego's small to midsized business customers were once accustomed to receiving.
