SCOTT TURICCHI joined j2 Global Communications, Inc., in March 2000 and
has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2003. Before assuming the CFO
position, Mr. Turicchi was the company's Executive Vice President of
Corporate Development. Prior to joining j2 Global, he was a Managing
Director in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation's
investment banking department. At DLJ, he was responsible for corporate
finance activities, including public equity offerings, high-grade and
high-yield debt offerings, private equity placements and mergers and
acquisitions advisory services. Mr. Turicchi led the deal teams that
