SCOTT C. PETERSEN joined LodgeNet Entertaiment Corporation as Senior
Vice President for Corporate and Legal Affairs in 1987 during its early
venture capital phase. He was appointed Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer in 1991 and was instrumental in growing and
guiding the company through its initial public offering of common stock
in October 1993. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer
in 1998. He was appointed Chairman of the LodgeNet Board of Directors in
2000. Prior to 1987, Mr. Petersen was in private legal, practice
specializing in corporate law and real estate development and
syndication. He received a degree in economics magna cum laude from
Dartmouth College and a Juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law

ANN PARKER is Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
of LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation. She joined LodgeNet in 1990 as
part of its Marketing and Advertising department. She was promoted to
Director of investor Relations in 1994, shortly after LodgeNet became a
public company. In addition to her investor relations responsibilities,
Ms. Parker directs all internal and external communications for
LodgeNet, and manages all of the company's charitable giving activities.
Prior to joining LodgeNet, Ms. Parker was a reporter, anchor and News
Director for CBS affiliate KELO Television and the KELO Radio Group. Ms.
Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism, a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 1981. Profile
