SCOTT DAVIDSON is Director of Investor Relations and Treasurer of
Quest Software, Inc. He recently joined Quest Software from
Citrix Systems, Inc., where he was Senior Director, Treasury and
Investor Relations from 1997 to 2001. From 1991 to 1995, Mr.
Davidson worked as an Analyst for the United States Treasury in
the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Commercial and
Trust Banking Securities Division. He has held positions as
Manager of Telecommunications Services at Precision Response
Corporation, and Associate Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert
Financial Services and Investments. Mr. Davidson holds an MBA
from the University of Miami and a BS from Florida International
