SAMUEL A. KOVNAT is the Founder of Flight Safety Technologies, Inc., and
has been the company's President and CEO since its inception. He has
held key technical and management positions with Raytheon Corporation
and General Electric. Mr. Kovnat earned a BS degree in both Math and

Mr. Kovnat: We started this company in 1997 by thinking of
