DR. SELENA A. CHAISSON rejoined RCM Capital Management in 2004 as
Director, Head of U.S. Healthcare. She first joined RCM in 1994 as a
Healthcare Analyst. During her tenure, she was instrumental in
establishing both the RCM Global Healthcare and Biotech Funds, which she
also co-managed. In mid-1999, Dr. Chaisson entered the hedge fund
industry as a healthcare analyst with Tiger Management, and later
created the private and public healthcare teams at Amerindo Investment
Advisors. In 2001, Dr. Chaisson founded Coyote Capital Management LLC,
where she provided healthcare advisory services to SAC Capital
Management and managed an active hedge fund thru 2003. She earned her BS
in 1987 from Louisiana State University, where she graduated summa cum
laude. In 1992 and 1993, respectively, She earned her MBA and MD from

DR. ERIC SHEN joined RCM Capital Management in 2001 as an Analyst in the
healthcare group, covering biotechnology. Prior to joining RCM, Dr. Shen
was a Biotechnology Analyst at Robertson Stephens, where he covered
product-focused biotechnology companies. Dr. Shen graduated from Yale
University magna cum laude with a BA in Biology and received an MD from
New York University. He trained in internal medicine and radiology at
Massachusetts General Hospital and Stanford University Hospital Profile
