RUPERT FRANCIS is the Chief Investment Strategist of Francis Asset
Management. He is responsible for setting investment policy and
developing portfolio strategy. Mr. Francis has more than twenty years of
experience in the financial services industry. He began his investment
career at Hayden Stone in 1968 as an Accountant. From 1971 through 1981,
he was the Vice Presdent and Chief Financial Officer of Source
Securities Corporation. Before establishing his investment advisory
firm, he was the founder and joint owner of Eastern Capital Securities,
an international full service broker-dealer. Mr. Francis was educated in
Trinidad at Queens Royal College of New York where he majored in
