TOM CARPENTER is the Senior Technology Analyst for Hilliard Lyons,
having joined the firm in July 2000. He previously worked at CIBC
Oppenheimer and the Bank of New York. His research background is
primarily in telecom and technology. His focus at Hilliard Lyons is
wireless technologies, and this encompasses hardware, software,
infrastructure, data services, and manufacturing ' basically the entire
food chain except for operators. Mr. Carpenter received his
undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and his
MBA from Georgetown University. He is a member of AIMR and the New York

THOMAS SEPENZIS joined ThinkEquity in July 2002 as a Senior Research
Analyst focusing on wireless communications. Formerly, Mr. Sepenzis was
a Senior Analyst at CIBC World Markets where he created the wireless
Internet investment practice, published industry reports and maintained
a coverage universe of mobile Internet companies. Prior to this, Mr.
Sepenzis was a wireless equipment and mobile computing Research Analyst
at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray. He has also held positions with SoundView

NED ZACHAR is a Partner, and Director of Telecom Services in the
Research Department at Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, where he covers the
telecom services/cable/DBS segment. Before joining the firm, Mr. Zachar
was a Senior Managing Director and the Director of High-Yield and
Emerging Markets Research at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, with
primary responsibility for covering the media and telecommunications
sectors. Mr. Zachar previously was associated with Bear, Stearns Inc.
and Duff & Phelps Inc. During his career, Mr. Zachar has followed the
wireless and wireline communications, domestic and international
cable/satellites, broadcasting, outdoor advertising, publishing and
leisure sectors. He was named an Institutional Investor 'Fixed-Income
All-America Research Analyst' in 1995 and in 1996. Mr. Zachar, who is a
member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts, received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Iowa State University and a
Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of

KEVIN DEDE, CFA, is the Senior Vice President of Equity Research at
Merriman Curhan Ford & Co. He joined the company in February 2003 as an
Equity Research Analyst in wireless telecommunications. For more than 10
years prior to MCF, he held investment research positions at several
investment banking companies, including Wells Fargo Securities,
Montgomery Securities and Prudential Securities. Mr. Dede remains an
active member of The Security Analysts of San Francisco and belongs to
many telecommunications-related industry groups. Besides generating
research in his previous positions, he was also a Supervisory Analyst at
Wells Fargo and Montgomery, holding the Series 7, 63, 16 and 24 security
licenses. Mr. Dede earned a dual BS in Marine Engineering and Nautical
Science at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and won a
fellowship to complete an MBA at San Francisco State University. Prior
to working on Wall Street, he commanded an ocean-going tug and crew of
six for four years. He has also raced bicycles against professionals at

Jonathan Atkin is a Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets and has been a Senior Analyst at the company since 2000. His focus areas include telecom services, telecom infrastructure, wireless, satellite, Internet, hosting and colocation providers. From 2008 to 2010, the Financial Times has ranked Mr. Atkin as the number one and number three stock pickers in the telecom and wireless services sectors.
