MICHAEL J. SISON is a First Vice President, Equity Research Analyst,
with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc.
With the company since 1998, his research coverage focuses on the
specialty chemical industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sison was
an associate consultant with Merrill Lynch. Before that, he served as
an investment analyst with Smith Barney in the consulting services
division. Mr. Sison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from
Denison University in Granville, Ohio and a Master of Business
Administration degree in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of
Business at Tulane University in New Orleans. He was recently recognized
by Starmine as the number three earnings estimator in the chemical
industry. Mr. Sison currently serves as a board member of the Tulane
Alumni Association, Playhouse Square Partners and the Northern Ohio
Hemophilia Foundation, and as the President of the Tulane Alumni Club in
Cleveland. In addition, he was a founding board member of the Society
of Filipino American Young Professionals in Chicago. Profile
JOHN ROBERTS is a Senior Vice President at The Buckingham Research
Group, Inc., responsible for the chemical and materials markets. Mr.
Roberts held a similar position at Merrill Lynch for 11 years, and at
Kidder, Peabody for two years before that. Relevant earlier experience
includes five years at Booz, Allen as a strategy consultant to chemical
companies, and five years as a chemical process design engineer. Mr.
Roberts holds Master's degrees in Management from the MIT Sloan School,
and in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University. He is married with
two school-age boys who keep him active in skiing, golf and tennis, and
he also serves on the editorial board of Chemical Management Review
magazine and the board of directors for the US Section of the Societe
de Chemie Industrielle. Profile
JEFF CIANCI is an executive director in the basic materials group of UBS
Equity Research. An analyst since 1986, Mr. Cianci covers specialty
chemical and industrial technology companies. In 2003, Mr. Cianci was
named to the third team in the chemicals/specialty category on
Institutional Investor's All-American Research Team. He had previously
been named to the Team 10 times, including citations for stock picking
ability. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Cianci was a senior managing director
and chemical analyst at Bear Stearns, as well as a chemical analyst at
Eberstadt Fleming. Before that, Mr. Cianci was a chemical industry
consultant in mergers and acquisitions at Kline. Mr. Cianci holds an MBA
in Finance from Columbia University, a BS and MS in Chemistry from the
University of Miami, and a BA from New College of Florida. Profile
