ROBERT MAIRE joined Needham & Co. in May 2004, coming from Bear Stearns
& Co. Prior to that he was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1996,
covering semiconductor capital equipment. Before joining DLJ, he was
with Morgan Stanley as a Research Analyst covering semiconductor
equipment, peripherals, wireless and specialized systems. He was
previously a manager in Morgan Stanley's Information Technology group.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Maire was a Manager in the
Information Technology division of Bankers Trust Company. He holds a BS
degree in Electrical Engineering and a BS degree in Computer Science
from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has been cited
by the Wall Street Journal in its annual survey of earnings estimate
accuracy. He has been ranked by Institutional Investor for the past

MARK FITZGERALD is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in
the Technology Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he is
responsible for covering the semiconductor capital equipment sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. FitzGerald was a Vice President at
Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. He also spent two years at UBS Securities and
worked for three years at Hambrecht & Quist. Mr. FitzGerald has 10 years
of direct semiconductor industry work experience. He started his career
in 1984 at Air Products and Chemicals in the Applied Research and
Development Group focusing on semiconductor process development. In 1987
he moved to Materials and Technology, a Dallas, Texas-based firm that
provided high performance ceramic technology for leading semi-equipment
vendors such as Applied Materials and Lam Research. In 1989 he joined
Dataquest, a market research firm, as a Principal in the semiconductor
group. Mr. FitzGerald was recognized in 2002 as a top stock-picker in
The Wall Street Journal's Annual 'Best on the Street' Survey. He holds a
Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill
University, located in Montreal, Canada, and an MBA from Duke University

John Pitzer is a Managing Director, Global Technology Strategist, Technology Sector Head and Semiconductor Analyst for Credit Suisse Group. Mr. Pitzer joined the group in March 2000, and until the end of 2005, was the Semiconductor Capital Equipment Analyst. Institutional Investor ranked him number two Analyst for semiconductor capital equipment in 2005 and 2004, number one Analyst for 2003 and 2002, and runner-up in 2001. Mr. Pitzer has also held either the number one or number two ranking from 2002 to 2005 in the Greenwich polls. Prior to joining Credit Suisse Group, Mr. Pitzer was Vice President and Semiconductor Capital Equipment Analyst at Prudential Volpe Technology Group. EDWARD C. WHITE JR., CFA, is a Managing Director and Semiconductor
Capital Equipment Analyst in the Equity Research department at Lehman
Brothers. He has covered semiconductor equipment and other electronics
companies for the past 26 years. Prior to joining Lehman in June 1990,
Mr. White managed his own merger and acquisition consulting firm. He
also spent five years with E.F. Hutton, and three years at L.F.
Rothschild, Unterberge Towbin. He was ranked among the top semiconductor
equipment analysts by Institutional Investor magazine in 1995, 1996,
1998, 2000, 2001, 2003 and among the top electronics analysts in 1986.
He was selected by Institutional Investor magazine as a Home Run Hitter
in 1995 and 1996. He was also ranked in the Wall Street Journal All Star
Survey in 2001 and The Wall Street Journal 'Best on the Street' 2003.
Mr. White was recently noted in Bloomberg's Marketing Research 2003 as a
leading analyst in the semiconductor capital equipment sector. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University and a
Master of Science degree in quantative analysis from New York
