JANICE L. MEYER is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston
Equity Research Group, where she focuses on the restaurant sector. She
joined the firm from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, which CSFB acquired
in November 2000, where she was a Vice President in DLJ's Equity
Research group. Prior to joining DLJ, she was at Prudential Securities
from 1991 to 1996. Ms. Meyer has been named to the Institutional
Investor All-America Research Team for restaurants 10 times. She has
been ranked number one for four of the last eight years. Ms. Meyer, a
Chartered Financial Analyst, is also a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts. She has a BS in Accounting from the State University
of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern

DEAN HASKELL joined JMP Securities LLC in April 2003 as a Director and
Senior Analyst covering the restaurant sector. He has more than 17 years
of operational, financial and executive restaurant business experience.
From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Haskell served as President and Chief Executive
Officer at Real American Restaurants (RAR), a multi-concept restaurant
company based in Northern California. He succeeded in turning around the
struggling company, making it profitable within three years by focusing
on unit level operations, asset/liability restructuring and reductions
in G&A expenses. Before joining RAR, Mr. Haskell served as Senior Vice
President and Equity Analyst at First Union Securities for five years,
covering the restaurant industry. Prior to that, he served three years
as the assistant analyst at Morgan Keegan. Mr. Haskell received an MBA
in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt
University, Tennessee, and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Kennesaw
State College, Georgia. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal,
Barron's, Reuters, Fortune, Forbes, The New York Times, The Wall Street

TWST: Janice, why have the restaurant stocks done so well over the pastsix to nine months?
Ms. Meyer: The stocks have done very well because same-store sales have
improved markedly. Looking
