Bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Kennesaw State College
and his MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of
the National Restaurant Association and the AIMR. Mr. Haskell is
married and has four children. He is a member of the National

David Rose, Senior Vice President at Wedbush Securities, covers the water and renewable energy solutions sectors. He has over 10 years experience in equity research as a Senior Analyst, previously with JMP Securities, Jefferies & Company and Furman Selz. In 2003, he was ranked the number three analyst for stock picking by Financial Times/StarMine in the machinery category, and in 1998, he was named by The Wall Street Journal as the number one-ranked analyst for stock picking in the restaurant sector. of Investor Relations for Holiday Inns and was associated with Eppler,
Guerin & Turner. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he received his
Bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and
his MBA in finance from the University of Virginia, Darden. Mr.
Weichmann is married and has four children. He is a Rotary member, a

ALLAN HICKOK is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst focused
on the restaurant industry sector. He joined U.S. Bancorp Piper
Jaffray's Fundamental Equity Research Department in January 1992 where
he concentrates on the Restaurant industry. Relying on more than 16
years of Wall Street experience, Mr. Hickok is widely acknowledged by
institutional and retail investors and Restaurant companies as one of
the most influential industry analysts in America today. He is a three-
time All Star Analyst as chosen by The Wall Street Journal and a
recipient of many other honors, and is a frequent speaker at industry
