ROBIN SHOEMAKER is an Equipment Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr.
Shoemaker had a 13-year career in equity research at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Shoemaker was a runner-up on Institutional Investor's All-America
Research Team from 1990-1992. He was listed in the Wall Street Journal's
1993 and 1996 surveys of all-star analyst. He has served as President of
the Oil Analyst Group of New York and is a member of the National
Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts. Mr. Shoemaker received a
BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA and PhD from the

MICHAEL K. LaMOTTE joined J.P. Morgan Securities in March 2001 as a
Managing Director in the Equity Research Department, and is responsible
for the oil services and equipment sector. He has followed the upstream
oil and gas industry for 12 years. His previous positions include
Managing Director and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Banc of America
Securities, Deputy Manager and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Brown
Brothers Harriman & Company, and Vice President and Senior E&P Analyst
at NatWest Markets. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a
minor in French from Vanderbilt University. He ranked second in earnings
estimate accuracy in the 2002 Starmine Top Analyst Performance Survey,
and first in earnings forecasting in the 2000 and 2001 Wall Street
Journal Best on the Street Analyst Survey. He is a member of the CFA
Institute, the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts, the National Ocean
Industries Association, and the National Association of Petroleum
