Prior to joining mindWireless, BOB MCCLAREN was the President of
Business Operations for the Houston Astros, where he played one of the
leading roles in the Astros' move to their new state-of-the-art field in
downtown Houston. During Bob's tenure, he was responsible for all facets
of the Astros' business and administrative operations, including
Accounting, Advertising, Ballpark Operations, Broadcasting, Community
Development, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and Media Relations
to name a few. Before moving to Houston, he was the General Counsel and
a member of the Board of Directors of McLane Company Group, L.P., of
Temple, TX from 1992-94. Bob serves as a Deacon for Second Baptist
Church in Houston, and is a previous member of the Board of Trustees for

MICHAEL K. LaMOTTE joined J.P. Morgan Securities in March 2001 as a
Managing Director in the Equity Research Department, and is responsible
for the oil services and equipment sector. He has followed the upstream
oil and gas industry for 12 years. His previous positions include
Managing Director and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Banc of America
Securities, Deputy Manager and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Brown
Brothers Harriman & Company, and Vice President and Senior E&P Analyst
at NatWest Markets. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a
minor in French from Vanderbilt University. He ranked second in earnings
estimate accuracy in the 2002 Starmine Top Analyst Performance Survey,
and first in earnings forecasting in the 2000 and 2001 Wall Street
Journal Best on the Street Analyst Survey. He is a member of the CFA
Institute, the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts, the National Ocean
Industries Association, and the National Association of Petroleum

G. ALLEN BROOKS is Executive Director of Oilfield Service Industry
Research at CIBC World Markets. He joined Oppenheimer & Company in March
1997 in Houston to head up the firm's oilfield service research efforts.
That franchise was expanded globally when Oppenheimer was acquired by
CIBC in November 1997. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Mr. Brooks was a
Senior Vice President heading up the oil service industry research
effort of Howard Weil. Prior to joining Howard Weil, he was a member of
the senior management team at ENSCO International Incorporated, a
Dallas-based international offshore contract drilling company. From 1969
through 1990, he worked as an oil service research analyst for several
investment firms in Houston. From 1982 through 1988, he had a management
consulting business, which provided market and financial research and
litigation and bankruptcy support to offshore oil service companies and
lenders to this industry. He is a graduate of The University of
Connecticut with a BA in Economics. He holds a Master of Science degree
in Economics from Cornell University. He was awarded the designation of

C.K. POE FRATT joined A.G. Edwards in 1999 to cover the oilfield
service industry. Mr. Fratt has more than nine years of
experience as an investment analyst (with Lehman Brothers, Loews
Corporation, Smith Barney and BT Alex Brown). He has covered the
oilfield service industry since 1994. Mr. Fratt graduated from
Stanford University and earned an MBA from Cornell University's

TWST: Allen, what has gone on in this market segment from abusiness point of view over the past six to nine months?
Mr. Brooks: To put it simply, we've had pretty high commodity
prices, both
