TODD RICHTER is co-Founder, President and Chief Technical Officer of
Girlshop, Inc. A former Vice President and Manager of Information
Systems at the New York branch of a major international bank, Mr.
Richter founded his own software company, DigIt Computer Systems, in
1994. With expertise in sophisticated computer programming and system
setups, he consulted for and developed customized database applications
for investment banks such as Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche
Bank. Mr. Richter graduated from Syracuse University in 1984 with a BS
in Management Information Systems and Marketing. Mr. Richter oversees
all technical and systems aspects for the company. He insures that day-
to-day database and Internet functions work properly, as well as

GEOFFREY E. HARRIS is a Global Head of Healthcare Research with UBS
Warburg LLC. Previously, he was associated with Salomon Smith Barney,
Tucker Anthony, Inc., and Loomis, Sayles & Company. Mr. Harris holds a
Bahelor's degree in Economics from Oberlin University and a Master's
degree in Management Science from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the NYSSA. Profile
ERICK LUCERA is Senior Vice President and Principal at Independence
Investment in Boston and is responsible for research on all areas of
health care. In addition, he is managing their market neutral healthcare
portfolio. Prior to Independence, he was an Auditor in the Price
Waterhouse Philadelphia office. He is a graduate of The University of
Delaware, Indiana University, Boston College, and Harvard University and
has obtained the CPA, CMA and CFA designations. Profile
EDMUND KROLL is a Managing Director/Senior Health Care Services Analyst
at Cowen & Co. Previously, he was associated with Furman Selz and Lehman
Brothers. He earned his Bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers
University, his MBA in finance from Indiana University, and is also a
Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kroll is married and includes golf,

CHARLES A. BOORADY is a Senior Healthcare Services Analyst at Prudential
Securities. Previously, he was associated with Dean Witter in equity
research and with Arthur Andersen & Co.-Anderson Consulting Division. He
earned his Bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University and
his MBA in analytic finance and statistics from the University of

Mr. Richter: Let me begin with, I
